Written by and featuring GRAMMY-nominated Bethel Music singer/songwriter and worship leader Cory Asbury, “Egypt” celebrates God’s faithfulness to His people, as witnessed in the Israelites’ deliverance to the Promised Land

Following a year-long sabbatical, Cory Asbury returned to the spotlight in January, joining forces with pop superstar Tori Kelly for a reimagined rendition of his 2018 genre-defying megahit, “Reckless Love.” The original recording of “Reckless Love,” which serves as the title-track of Asbury’s 2018 Bethel Music solo debut, quickly became one of the biggest songs in Christian music history.

Scripture says God delivered Israel from Egypt so they could worship,” he continues. “I hope people can experience God’s relentless fight for their heart of worship and that this song sets people free to worship Him.
